IntenseFitness Is Important
There were a lot of issues with my experience here. The coaching style was very hard to adapt to and there was no room for mistakes. She cares a lot about body image and will put you down if you don’t look like the ideal athlete. I struggled a lot with mental health and that did not seem like something she was willing to help with instead she just made me feel worse about myself.
