Norm Riker does not care about individual players or about positive team culture. To get a good understanding of how his own players feel about him just look at hiw many players quit by their senior year. Most of these young women come into the program extremely passionate about soccer and leave extremely deflated. It's really a sad situation for a NESCAC team!
