I transferred to FGCU because I could tell Dave cared about his team's success, but also that the team culture was made up of positive people that want to lift each other up. He was always there when I needed him and he pushed me to be the best I can be! Dave will push you to be uncomfortable but in a way that helps you achieve your goals.
