Gary is a coach that definitely does not understand how to coach women. He is a very poor communicator and gives some of the worst feedback when you ask about things you could improve on. Very much favors speed/strength over technical ability, which is common in college athletics. Acts like he cares about team culture, but encourages players who have problematic views on the world. Doesn’t care about cliquey-ness. Overly positive sometimes, doesn’t like change (in lineup or system)
