DisorganizedPoor Communication
Very poor communicator and only cares about getting recruits to ID camp to make money not recruit. Leads multiple players on without and feedback or follow up. Almost exclusively recruits from the transfer portal. Maybe due to lack of coaching ability and once this Covid nonsense of six years is over Tampa will struggle. No culture within this team and results speak for themselves.
