Although Carrie tries her best, she has favorites and doesn’t create a fair way to climb the rankings within the team. She also avoids conflict at all costs, so if you confront her about an issue, don’t expect it to be solved, expect run-around half-responses and excuses. She is generally understanding and welcoming to some issues athletes have (although is she doesn’t like you, she isn’t as understanding). She preaches a lot about team culture but does nothing to actually build this said culture. When it comes to her coaching style, she’s very hands off. Don’t expect a lot of technique coaching from her. She’s a nice enough person, but would probably not recommend this program to a friend.
