This coach has created a toxic program that will eventually implode. She has no ability to develop players and her idea of team-building/bonding is for players to get trashed at bars/parties. Team meetings consist of berating players and dropping as many f-bombs as possible and loves to play mind-games in lieu of actually being able to coach lacrosse. Likes to create internal conflict among players and has selected captains to act as her spies to report back on any player not drinking her kool-aid. Places no value on players that also care about academics.
