Poor Communication
Does not care about her players mental health at all. Creates a fearful environment at practice. Only valued older players and had lots of running punishments if one minute late or if wore wrong practice outfit, or if forgot notebook, etc. values fitness over actual knowledge of the game. do not recommend at all.
