This coach lacks knowledge of the game and supports players who lack the ability and skill to play at a competitive level. I’m not sure how she has kept her job for as long as she has. She has a severe lack of concern for the health and well-being of her plays both physically and mentally. (Encouraging players to continue to play and train while injured!)
