Coach Jennings is the total opposite style that he tells you during recruiting process. He is demeaning to athletes and treats service workers poorly. He is more like a bully boss. He confuses the athletes and plays favorites. It is not a team culture nor one where an athlete can grow as a young adult and athlete.
