I can write a paragraph but I will try to keep it short. He thinks he's coaching 12 year old girls. I don't think he realize they are young women. He humiliates them not only in front of players but also fans. Instead of picking up players he steps on them which makes situations worst. He is un approachable and disregards the feelings of any of his players. He does not possess positive attributes to be a college coach. He carries over his coaching style of LI pride to college which is totally different. I really which they take care of a big problem before it becomes bigger. Not to mention he's NOT a good coach.
