Scott has an old school mentality and has “his guys” that he gives all the opportunities to. He has an inability to know anything about developing a strong pitching staff and makes poor decisions that hurt the Islanders ability to make deep post season runs. Why develop a team of guys when you can overthrow 5 people you particularly like throughout the season? His methods are not backed by science or a strong knowledge of how the body creates power through the kinetic chain.
