Rowed at Cal for Bond. Great coach, made boats go fast. Contributed speed to a lot of national champions. Nobody is more excited to wake up and coach more than this man. You can tell he wakes up, spends all day thinking about rowing, lineups, athletes, etc then goes to bed. Lives and breathes this sport with a passion unlike anyone else I’ve seen. Seriously inspires you to want to absolutely push yourself to maximum exertion. Will take every possible step to squeeze out as much speed as possible. Understanding, calm and cool outside of practice. Knows how to create speed in a boat, and a fun and positive culture outside. Leaves it all on the water.
