We hardly ever practice in season, it’s always qualifying. 18 holes Thursday and Friday, then 9 on Saturday. It’s too much. Then coupled with poor communication, no sense of team, and questionable off course behavior, it does not create an atmosphere conducive for success. The team is just a group of individuals. No effort is made by anyone to set individual and team goals.
