Coach Phil lacks clear communication and tends to be disorganized in general and at meets. He can be a bit random and difficult to predict and isn’t very understanding nor accommodating. It is extremely difficult to talk to him as he either isn’t responsive or doesn’t seem to care. Despite not enjoying him as a person I would still be alright with him as a coach if he was at least proficient. Several times he has poorly planned meets and schedules.
