Cares About AcademicsDisorganizedPoor CommunicationRespectful To Players
He plays favorites, doesn’t value the “hard worker”, makes false promises, doesn’t like confrontation. Values power hitters and pitchers to win games. Everything else is mediocre. Team culture is more individual rather than team. Have issues with players being selfish.
