Best Coach I ever had! Coach Rafferty is a player's coach. She does not play favorites. She plays players who put the work into their sport. She is clear in her expectation that we hone our craft and put the work in and she gives us everything we need to improve our play. Her one on ones are amazing and can improve your game if you actually show up to them! If you don't do the work don't expect to play. It's on you.
