What a wonderful experience my daughter has had at Florida Tech with Coach Rafferty. She is an experienced coach who has improved this team year after year. She instills accountability in each player and my daughter has thrived under her leadership. Thank you for teaching my daughter the value of hard work. As in any sport, it is the coach’s responsibility to determine playing time. It is the player’s responsibility to earn that playing time.
