His intentions might be good but the result is bad. In 10 years he hasn't had a winning season yet he continues to blame the players instead of looking at himself and his methods. Most of the players hate playing for him and many have quit as a result. There are a bunch of players who say they don't even like playing lacrosse anymore because of the way he treats them. He regularly exceeds the number of practice hours the NCAA allows; wearing down his players and making it that much harder for them to be student athletes. His reputation as a tyrant has gotten around the league which is scaring off potential recruits. Team culture is toxic and it spills over to the play on the field. If it hasn't worked for 10 seasons, there's no reason to believe it will in the 11th. Time for a change
