My daughter has played under Coach Rafferty for 4+ years. I believe she has developed a strong program with a very positive culture. She really cares for her players, but also makes her expectations clear and holds players accountable - and that's not for everyone. If you want to play hard, develop and compete - Coach Raff is for you!
