Chas can definitely give the vibe that he doesn’t always take everything as seriously as people expect him to, but that’s one of the things that makes him a great coach. Most of us can benefit from taking ourselves a little less seriously and having more fun, and Chas does a great job of fostering a team culture where having fun is encouraged. He cares deeply about his athletes - I’ve never known him to neglect an athlete in need or reaching out for help - and he does everything he can to help them develop, both as athletes and as people. My experience with Chas has been 100% positive
