With all of the drama around terrible coaches in D1 sports it has been such a blessing to swim for Neal. He has been such a wonderful mentor and coach to me over the years. He and the other coaches care about us more than just as athletes. I’ve improved so much as an athlete and individual just by his example. Neal has been wonderful to swim for! Thank you so much Coach!
