Christy Mitchell pits players against one another rather than building a team atmosphere. She constantly tells players that they are replaceable rather than helping them improve creating a very toxic environment. She picks her favorites at the beginning of the year and doesn’t change her line up even when others have shown that they are now better than her favorites. Christy will throw people in a game on the opposite side of the field from where they have been practicing and expect them to be perfect, when they inevitably aren’t she gets upset at them for not performing. She should not be a coach.
