Derek exemplifies both deep expertise and a passion for nurturing talent. His experience as a professional golfer has translated beautifully into coaching, providing his athletes with real-world insights that go beyond textbook lessons. He is particularly adept at refining technique, always attentive to individual player needs, and he excels at player development that caters to each player's strengths.
