Michael Frye is an excellent coach. Truly cares about the player beyond the game of football. Not one to beat around the bush as he is direct with his expectations. Ensures you are sound mentally, academically, and athletically. A players coach, someone people who aren’t in his position group will be sought after for his input. Genuinely seeks to help you improve all aspects of your game. Regardless of current team culture will fight to build a winning culture within his position group. Someone who I am grateful to have had the chance to learn from.
