This coach cares a lot and athletes changing and growing and moving forward. Problem we have in todays society is the kids think that everyone is supposed to mold to them. Unfortunately in athletics and dream chasing, they do not get achieved without you growing and improving. So if you want to improve and grow to achieve your dreams then you need to be able to adjust and grow.
