I had a hard time understanding the needs of the head coach and was exhausted mentally. He encouraged me a lot and ultimately helped me into buying in on things I couldn’t before. Very grateful for this man. I ended up returning for a COVID year and I wasn’t the only one. Not a coincidence USM started winning when he got there.
