Is very knowledgeable of the sport and is great at teaching technically. However, he is very disorganized and takes days to respond to potential recruits and even his own even his own athletes. Over works athletes a lot of the time. Releases information to the team extremely last minute and with the lack on communication it makes things more difficult.
