Inexperienced coach who does not have an explanation behind her coaching. If you ask her why she is doing something there is no clear answer and she goes onto a tangent. She tells you what you want to hear instead of being straightforward. She does not have a good coaching style and does not listen to assistant coaches opinions. She worries too much about players liking her over actually coaching and she even says she is a people pleaser.
