Juan is nothing short of an awful coach. “Coach” should not be in his description. He picks favorite players (as previous reviews might entail) and makes soccer miserable for every other person who doesn’t fall in his perfect line of gossip and betrayal. He has lost way more players than he has kept yet he never speak about why unless he is lying to other players for the reasoning. He has had players get caught for many things, yet sweeps it under the rug. However if you aren’t a favorite, you get kicked off the team. He has never had a winning season because again he is not capable and should not be a collegiate coach. He fails his players and he fails the school he “coaches” for. I myself became a coach after playing for him and have had the opportunity to see the lack of respect, honesty, and game knowledge he had and is still portraying onto new girls he recruits. He never mentions the wrong doings he’s done and never will. Do not recommend.
