If the system allowed there would be zero stars for all categories.Terrible coach. More importantly terrible person. Creates an atmosphere of negativity, is not inclusive and does not create a team enviornment. His treatment of players has a negative effect on the players' well-being. Makes players feel disrespected, marginalized and ignored. Dishonest and Demotivating.Avoid at all costs.
