She talks trash about all of the current players to potential recruits, saying the team is so bad and you will get immediate playing time (but you don't). She is quick to take credit for wins, but blames the players for a loss. She acts like a child after a loss by ignoring everyone on the team and will not eat with them on the road. She definitely plays her favorites, even when her favorites are not the best player at the position and cannot contribute to winning like other players could. Feedback sessions are terrible, just generic coach media speak and no real feedback.
