Hey Molly, when several players who’s life long love of soccer is ripped from them by you to the point they transfer or quit playing, you might want to look in the mirror and ask yourself what you’re doing wrong. But you refuse because you think the way you coach is correct. You seldom win any games but you still do the same thing every single game. Same girls in same positions in the same formations. I would venture to say there might be 3 girls on the current team that even like or respect you. That’s sad! If we’re judging you on wins and loses you’re terrible and if we’re judging you on your coaching ability, you’re even worse. Hey athletic director, find somebody else to coach the women’s soccer team. ANYBODY ELSE!!
