As somebody who has seen multiple coaches over the years, I’m highly disappointed in Hood for hiring somebody like Molly. She appears to not have the proper experience working with girls at the college level. It is so unfortunate to watch a game over the last several years and know that, the performance of the girls, who give all they can to the game, and only get yelled, at criticized, and beat down because they lose, but she doesn’t take responsibility for her part that she played in that loss. There is favoritism going on, rejection of quality skills in girls on the bench and disappointment where these girls should be having the time of their life, playing a sport that they truly love. Unless Hood does something to change I don’t think a soccer program will continue for girls at this school.
