How does Mandy still have a job? Mandy creates an unhealthy/toxic team environment. She hand picks her team captains based upon who will not challenge doing what is right. She encourages her students to take easy majors and defer challenging classes. She threatens removing scholarships if you do not hit your goals. She pits team members against one another. Do not consider joining this team until this coach is no longer leading the Bearcats.
