Unable to receive feedback… if you give any he will be defensive and turn it on you. Does not have structure within practice or lineups just does what he wants. He will not like you if you are a woman who’s not a pushover. Respects the men’s team 100x more. Tries to make examples out of people who are not even in the wrong (he is). When I left many people in the area said he had problems like this with many players
