Heather is so easy to talk to. She gets straight to the point, yet makes sure you understand what she is talking about. She cares about the mental health as well as the physical health of all athletes, and she regularly checks in with her frequent flyers to see how school is going as well. I would not have gotten through my 4 years if it wasn't for the amazing AT staff at St. Norbert, but especially Heather. She would go out of her way to make sure I was taken care of whenever I needed.
