I cannot rate Melissa Kutcher high enough. She is the most genuine coach I have ever had. She cares about her athletes as individuals and not just as a part of the team. She is passionate about coaching, ranks character and culture above all, and invests in the right resources to support her student athletes to be well-rounded individuals who can graduate and be confident leaving the sport. As an 8-year alum of her program, I heard many horror stories of other coaches throughout the country and I am thankful every day that I ended up with Melissa. We still talk today and catch up every once in a while because as stated before, she cares about her athletes as individuals and that relationship continues post-college and throughout life.
