This coach has zero connection with her players besides a few favorites. She does not encourage team bonding. Instead causes more division among the team. She tells the girls one thing to their face and does the opposite. She is new to this program this season and not once has tried to get to know the players individually. She breaks them down instead of building them up. It’s heartbreaking to watch.
