Under Betsy's coaching, my swimming experience was disappointing. Her lack of personalized attention and uninspiring techniques made practices dull and unhelpful. Unenthusiastic and unsupportive, she failed to push me to improve. Avoid Betsy if you want a coach who cares about your progress!
