Betsy's coaching was a complete disaster! She showed no interest in individualizing instruction, and her lackluster techniques made practice a total snooze. Her apathy and lack of encouragement made me feel like I was just a nameless face in the pool. If you want a coach who actually cares about your progress and will push you to improve, avoid Betsy at all costs!
