Coach Betsy Graham at UTPB is hands down the worst coach I've ever had. She shows no interest in her athletes' individual needs, and her training methods are outdated and ineffective. She's more concerned with her own personal gain than with the success of her team. She's unapproachable and unhelpful, and her lack of enthusiasm is contagious. Under her coaching, I saw no improvement and actually regressed in my performance. Avoid Coach Graham at all costs if you want to actually improve your swimming skills.
