Poor Communication
Coach Betsy Graham at UTPB is a complete disappointment. She's a terrible communicator, never clearly explaining expectations or providing constructive feedback. Her unprofessionalism is appalling, often showing up late or unprepared to practice. The lack of organization is staggering, with poorly planned workouts and disorganized team events. It's clear she prioritizes her own personal gain over the team's success, leaving athletes feeling unsupported and unmotivated. Her leadership is non-existent, failing to inspire or bring out the best in her team. Avoid Coach Graham if you want a positive and productive swimming experience.
