Coach Betsy Graham at UTPB is an absolute disaster. Her communication skills are non-existent, leaving athletes in the dark about expectations and feedback. Unprofessionalism oozes from her pores, consistently showing up late or unprepared, and displaying a lack of care for her team's well-being. Her organizational skills are laughable, with haphazard workouts and chaotic team events. It's clear she's only in it for personal gain, exploiting her position for selfish interests while neglecting her athletes' development. Her leadership is toxic, breeding a culture of apathy and disrespect. Steer clear of Coach Graham if you want to avoid a nightmarish swimming experience.
