I have never experienced anything worse than Pablo Marmolejo’s horrible dictatorship. Although he is knowledgeable in the sport, he is the least caring individual on planet earth. He is inconsistent with how he treats people, and only likes you if you’re the fastest on the team. The least personable coach I’ve ever met. He is great at recruiting, but once you’re there he is terrible. He kicks people off randomly with no remorse, but stands behind people (men) accused of rape. Again, extremely inconsistent with how he treats his swimmers. Don’t waste your time even looking here. He has the old school mentality with no empathy or understanding towards anyone. Swimming first, human last.
