DisorganizedPoor Communication
Kerry Smith continues to ruin athletes experience at La Salle University. She disorganized, unfair, and cannot communicate. She continues to lie and do anything to make her look better instead of caring about what the team needs. She hurts the team culture and struggles to know and respect the boundaries of her swimmers. I do not recommend any team that she’s a head coach for.
