The players do not like this coach. Even the players that play 90 percent of the time would rate her poorly. She is deceptively charming when she recruits players-she talks about the players as "her daughters" Well, she does not treat her daughters well. She has fostered a toxic environment on the team and is not sensitive to cultural or gender issues. The AD is complicit -the players have been asking for help for years and she does nothing... Avoid this coach-go play at another D3 school with a winning record.
