I think that as a head coach she let her emotions get in the way of what was important. She cared way too much about being liked instead of teaching and guiding her swimmers on the sport. I lost a lot of drive for the sport while she was in charge. She has many personal issues to work through before being in charge of 40-50 young adults. 6 girls and 2 coaches left the program while I was on the team. She does not represent Lasalle swim and dives core. She created a horrible environment. I suggest that she take a break from coaching all together. She was quite honestly the worst coach I’ve ever had.
