Very disorganized. Does not communicate well with athlete's. Very poorly structured workout plan throughout the year causing athletes to be over worked and burnt out. Wants you to succeed but will talk about you negatively behind your back to other athletes causing them to belittle the negatively spoken athlete. Has great technical knowledge but doesn’t do much coaching on the water. Will listen to concerns and suggestions but doesn’t actually seem to care about them as coach campbell will rarely take them into effect. I understand that the coach shouldn’t need to take every concern or suggestion into action however if something is negatively affecting multiple athletes causing some of them to quit then something should be done differently to prevent that from happening moving forward.
