Doug Renner should not be coaching, or frankly in any position of authority over young men and women. Not only does he display a shocking and open prejudice against Christian athletes on his team, but he spends more time ogling girls on opposing teams than he does coaching his own athletes. He also knew about and continued to allow an assistant coach on his staff (James Ways) to engage in a sexual relationship with a girl on the team (who also had a boyfriend) and threatened disciplinary actions against athletes who brought this up. Doug Renner shouldn’t just be fired, he should be criminally charged. Definitely some skeletons in his closet.
